This could be short enough to be a tweet, but really, I had to make a blog post about this. I just wanted to say how much I despise what has become an epidemic: TONS OF FROSTING ON CAKES. Really! It’s so stomach-churningly sweet and greasy and it completely overpowers the cake. And then they just gob on more of it with frosting balloons and frosting flowers and this poofy frosting edging around the outside. Ugh. Nothing I hate more than getting a corner piece. It’s about 75% frosting.
WHY DO PEOPLE DO THIS. UGH.
